Emma Ross
Director & Principal Consultant
I am award-winning educator and a dynamic, creative thinker. I run engaging STEM incursions and deliver high quality, evidence-based, practical professional learning for teachers and schools that is user-centred and sustainable.
I have experience in Victoria, Queensland and Northern Territory as a classroom teacher, leader and consultant. I have worked with leadership teams and teachers to support STEM programs, set up Makerspaces and deliver staff professional development.
Facilitating hands-on, engaging incursions for primary students is one of my favourite things to do! Each session involves creativity, critical thinking and is a run and authentic learning experience.
My passion for innovative education and belief in the benefit of STEM programs and Makerspace learning environments has led me to complete a Masters of Education and conduct case study research on Makerspaces. This resulted in the creation of my evidence-based Makerspace Pedagogical Framework, which is used in schools today.
